The project commenced with an evaluation of the client's previous website, a download of the current assets, and a review of their future business goals. From there, we created a new site map, wireframes, designed the user experience, and developed the final website.

Our architect created a site plan rendering of the community with a modern and minimal aesthetic that would match the refined characteristics of the website.

The renderings were delivered to our design team who crafted a legend for the map plus custom tooltips for each homesite. Our web developer coded the site plan so that users can hover over individual homesites in order to see the sale status, address, and unique features.
