The Roost
A proposed restaurant concept for the Portland International Airport. We developed the branding, strategy, and collaborated with an architectural firm on the renderings and interior design.

We created a modular lockup that could be easily adjusted for horizontal and vertical layouts. The Capers restaurant and farmers market are well established in the Portland Airport so it was important to include their brand name in the design.

A signature cocktail was crafted by local Portland bartender, Jeffrey Morgenthaler. The drink was styled in The Roost red and blue color palette with spirits from the Pacific Northwest.
